Prize: One (1) $50 discount code will be awarded per winner per month. Code is valid for one-time use at givingandco.com. This prize is non-transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Claiming Prize: Winners will be notified via the email they provided in the survey and will be posted in the Giving & Co. facebook group. Winners must respond to the notification email within 10 days. Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of the prize an another winner will be selected.
